Delivery & Collection

All of our chocolate dipped strawberries and floral arrangements are made fresh to order with great care and attention to detail. We do not pre make or hold stock, ensuring that every order is created specifically for you and arrives in its best possible condition.

For standard orders, items are prepared on the day of dispatch and are available for next day delivery or collection, depending on the option selected at checkout. This allows us to maintain the freshness and quality of our products while ensuring timely delivery.

For special requests, custom designs, or large orders for events and occasions, we kindly ask that customers place their order at least one week in advance. This advance notice allows us sufficient time to carefully source ingredients and flowers, plan your order, and prepare everything to the highest standard.
