When will I get my order?
All orders are made fresh on the day of dispatch and sent out the same day, with delivery typically the next day. Large or custom orders must be placed at least one week in advance.
How long do the chocolate dipped strawberries and flowers last?
Chocolate dipped strawberries last 24–48 hours when refrigerated.
Fresh flowers last 5–7 days with proper care.
Where are your products prepared and manufactured?
All of our products are handmade to order in a preparation kitchen that is registered with the local council for inspections. Strawberries and Flowers are sourced from the market on the day of preparation, and we use high quality Belgian chocolate.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
What is the return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate where possible.
